Working at APPM

APPM is an advisory and project management company in the physical environment. Together with 100 colleagues we work on sustainable and smart mobility, energy- and warmth transition, zero emission transportation, climate adaptation and infrastructural projects.

We work on projects from strategy and policy development to civil engineering projects in all phases from tender to implementation. Projects range from inner-city area developments to bus rapid transit connections. From dike improvements to adaptive development strategies. And from regional energy strategies to climate adaptation in cities.

APPM is a close network organization that connects expertise from several disciplines. We are resourceful and are open to treading new paths. Our goal is to make the Netherlands a more beautiful place every day. We do this from our offices in Rotterdam, Hoofddorp, Eindhoven, and Zwolle.

Enjoying our work

That is always our priority. You decide how, from where and on which topics you work. Freedom, responsibility and trust have been in our DNA for over 25 years. In addition to the fun we have in our work, there is the annual legendary multiple day trip with the entire company and regular development days, in which we share inspiration and knowledge at special locations. In addition, there is something for everyone in the form of drinks, sport activities (ski trip, cycling, tennis, football, running…), a yearly partner event such as a gala and much more.
