PACER is an ambitious engineering consultancy company. Sectors include rail, infra, offshore and energy in both the Netherlands and abroad. PACER specialises and is divided in 5 disciplines: project management, project control, technical management, stakeholder management and contract management.
We are a young and dynamic company with around 45 enthusiastic employees. We operate from two locations in the Netherlands: Utrecht (HQ) and Rotterdam. Thanks to high demand, we are always looking for young professionals with ambition, commitment and an active, open mind. Monday till Thursday: exciting projects From Monday till Thursday our PACER consultants work on one or more projects, either independently or in a team with PACER-colleagues. Exemplary projects are: world's largest sea lock in IJmuiden, renovating the Galecopperbrug, offshore windfarm Hollandse Kust Noord, the strengthening/renewal of the quay walls in Amsterdam, and implementing Systems Engineering at TenneT. Find more projects here. Friday: Personal development What about Fridays? At PACER, we use 20% of our working hours (mainly Fridays) for our own development. We call this our 80/20-philosophy: 80% of our time, we work, 20% of our time, we learn. On this day, we share knowledge and experiences, work on our competences, follow courses and visit interesting projects. You set your own goals for your development.
